P.O.M(Transport) REQUIRES:
Interstate Health Certificate - within 7 days of transport.  Puppies require 3 sets of puppy vaccinations.  Only the first set can be self given by the rescue.  Stickers must be affixed to their medical sheet inside of the folder showing proof.  The other two sets must be done by a veterinarian and on veterinarian's paperwork.
All dogs must be out of the shelter away from any parvo exposure for 21 days.   Adults need one current set (booster).
Anything 2 lbs or over irregardless of age must be spayed or neutered at least five days prior to transport.  No exceptions.  If you dont do it, it will be done there at a greater cost than what you would pay here.
Rabies Vaccine for anything 12 weeks an over. - given by veterinarian.  If the dog/pup is going to Rhode Island it needs a rabies vaccine even if it is younger than 12 weeks.  This is a state requirement for them.
Bordatella vaccine for any dog on the van, regardless of age - given by veterinarian.
Negative HW test proof on any dog 6 months of age or over.
Negative fecal NOTED ON THE HEALTH CERTIFICATE   Drontal Plus 2 days prior to transport or FIVE DAYS of appropriately dosed Safeguard with dates noted on the paperwork so that the course is completed by Thursday before the trip.
